Frame:

Stainless Steel Frame, pre-drilled and tapped

80x50x4mm on X Support / Y Support / XY Rollers

80x80x4mm on X Gantry (For over 900mm work area it would upgrade to 100x80mmx4)

Rails:

Come with preload, every rail QC passed.

BallScrew Set:

Include ballscrew, nut, bearing support, stepper mount.

We use HM10-57 and HM12-57 instead of BK10/BK12 and motor mount.

They are come with C5 angular contact bearing.

HM10-57 need two extra mount holes pre-drilled.

Steppers:

Close-loop steppers,  2.2N.m 98mm length.

Driver: HBS57

CNC Machined Kit:

It includes Z Tram Plate, Z Plate, X RollerAngle, Y RollerBrace, HM12 Raise, BF12 Raiser and rollerplate.

With our cnc machined kit, your printnc motion system should have no printed parts (still need for chain/endstop mount etc.)
