Shipping Providers

Currently we work with 4PX, Fedex/UPS and DHL.

Shipping prices are subject to change. You will be contacted if your order requires additional shipping costs.

SHIPMENTS

Orders would be shipped within 7 days, usually in 3 days. Except for special statements.

For carriers besides DHL, please allow 3-5 workdays delay from shipped to having the first tracking info.

Delivery Times

4PX : 15-35 days.

Fedex/Express: 10-25 days.

DHL: 7-10 days.

Customs

Zone 1 : United States, Australia 

Zone 2 : EU and most other countries.

Zone 1 : There is usually no tax, except for special statements.

Zone 2 : Most orders subject to VAT and import fee, except for special statements.
