Express: DHL/Fedex/UPS/Yanwen

Sea Shipping: You will get a tracking number once shipped(usually UPS or Fedex), after it arrived port it will pick up.

Before it arrived there’s no update, for US sea shipping there’s 2nd tracking number start with TH, you can track it at 17track with “TWTH” carrier.

But for EU there’s no tracking like this, you can contact us to track it.

Shipping prices are subject to change. You will be contacted if your order requires additional shipping costs.

SHIPMENTS

Orders would be shipped within 7 days, usually in 3 days. Except for special statements.

Please allow 3-5 workdays delay from shipped to having the first tracking info.

Delivery Times

YANWEN : 10-20 days.

DHL/Fedex/UPS: 7-12 days.

Sea shipping to US: 20-35 days.

Sea shipping to EU: 35-55 days.

If your shipping method labelled with Incl. Vat or Incl. Fee&Tax, then you don’t need to pay any tax or fee.
